About Edith Agnes Causley

GEDCOM Note

She came to New Zealand with her step mother Ann Utting in the "Bombay", arriving in December 1863. She and her husband William Causley in 1876 in Auckland and later moved to Port Albert with their two children Amy and Frederick. They traded on the Kaipara with a cutter, a later with a small steamboat, the S.S. "Bee". After Edith's death on the 13th September 1919 in Auckland, William moved to Thames where he bought two properties and later remarried. He died on the 10th September 1919 at Thames.
