Obituary of EDWARD ROSS ARCHER Archer, Edward R., 69, former resident of Warwood (Wheeling, West Virginia) died at 10:30 p.m. Saturday (April 1, 1961) at his home on R.D. #3, West Finley, Pennsylvania, after a lengthy illess. He was born at Majorsville, (Marshall County) West Virginia, on April 16, 1891, a son of John L. Archer (1861-1926) and Mary Jane Richmond Archer (1860-1939). He lived in Warwood most of his life, moving to West Finley 10 years ago. He was a member of the Dallas Methodist Church (Dallas, Marshall County, WV) and the West Finley Grange. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Jane Dague Archer; five brothers, Harry of Bloomingdale (Ohio); Lynn and T. O. of Warwood; William of Middle Creek (near Triadelphia, WV); George of Wheeling, (WV); one sister, Gertrude Martin of Hardington, (Ohio?). Friends received at Kepner's (Funeral Home), 107 Key Avenue, (Elm Grove, Wheeling, WV). Services will be conducted there at 2 p.m. Tuesday (April 4, 1961); the Rev. Harry Atzenhofer and the Rev. W.
