Two children: Elizabeth Parsons Dwight and Theodore Woolsey Dwight. The family lived in New York City and Kennebunk, Maine.
With his health failing, Edward moved to Arizona in 1901. After a year there, he moved to Colorado Springs where he died. His wife, Mary continued to live in the New York City area at least until 1930.
