Before the Judge of the County Court of Suffolk, holden at the Shirehall, in Ipswich, on the 9th day of July, 1857, at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon precisely.
Edward Weston Howard, sometimes called and known as Edward Howard, formerly of Ipswich, in the county of Suffolk, Mariner, afterwards of the Britannia Inn, Great Whip-street, parish of St. Mary Stoke, then of the Black Bell Inn, Elm-street, in the parish of St. Mary at the Elms, both in Ipswich aforesaid, not following any business or employment, occasionally a Mariner, and late and now a Prisoner confined for Debt in the County Gaol for Suffolk, at Ipswich aforesaid.
