Edwin S. Baldwin, son of Edwin Baldwin and Effie L. Baldwin, was b. in Kingsman, Maine in Feb. 1900; m. on Oct. 6,1920 in Newport, NH, with BERNICE I. LOUISELLE.She was b. 1899 in Newport, New Hampshire. They lived there, in Newport, until 1935, after which they removed to Hillsborough, NH where they lived. In 1940 Edwin was an overseer of dying at the woolen mill. In 1952 Edwin purchased the former Boyntons Market in Hillsborough and managed it until his death; after which time his son Meade took over.

Children were: Edwin Meade (1921), Howard Ernest (1923), Franklin Carlton (1925), Ellen M. (1929), and James B.(1934).

• 1920 marriage record: Edwin S. Baldwin m. Bernice I. Louiselle in Newport, NH on Oct. 6,1920. He was s/o Edwin A. Baldwin & Effie L. Baldwin; she d/o Frank L. Louiselle and Ellen Pariso. (see her birth record)

• 1940 census: Edwin S. (40) and Bernice S. (41) in Hillsborough, NH w ch. Meade E (18), Howard C. (17), Franklin E. (15), Ellen M. (11) and James B. (6). Edwin is an overseer of dying at the woolen mill.
