His death certificate lists burial at Allentown, PA but he is listed in the Highland Cemetery records at Lock Haven, PA, buried close to his wife's mother Sarah Shultz.

Crispen – Edwin H. Crispen, of West Philadelphia, died at his home Sunday morning after a short illness of pneumonia. He was aged 47 years and formerly lived in this city. Deceased is survived by his wife, who was Miss Annie Shulta; one son and one daughter. His mother, Mrs. Mary A.
