Edwin was born March 11, 1910 in Orange City.
Survivors include his wife Rebecca; a daughter, Carmen (Mel) Wolffis; two grandchildren, Greg and Steve Wolffis; six sisters, Arta Huisman, Dena Yonker and Clarine Westra, all of Orange City; Winifred Van Muyden of Sioux Center; Hattie De Groot of Denver, Colo.; and Wilmina Fallow of Davenport; and a brother, Pete De Vries of Sioux City.
Memorials may be given to Gideons International.
