Edwin Henry Buss

Edwin had three wives: Viola F. Gluenkin (married March 18, 1936), Eula Blythe Armitage (married July 25, 1944)), and Martha A. (Lulow) Bjorklund (married Aug. 13, 1955). He had five children with Eula, and then Eula passed away. He married Martha and had four more children. Martha brought a son Randy Bjorklund from a previous marriage, bringing the total number of kids to 10.

There was some disagreement about the birth year (some thought 1916), but his sister Minnie and his nephew Dale Buss, both had the year 1915 written down.

The family story about his death is that his drinking increased dramatically after Eula's death, and that he ruined his health, and that is most likely the reason he succumbed to pneumonia. His sister Minnie was concerned about him drinking when he visited her in CA, and warned him to watch it. He responded that she should let "Edwin worry about Edwin."
