Edwin 8/ Lamson (William 7/, Samuel 6/ Paul 5/, Thomas 4/, Thomas 3/, John 2/, William1/), was born at Ipswich, Mass., March 3, 1833, and died at Lowell, Mass., March 13, 1895. He married (1) Lucy Jane Bennett, daughter of Abijah and Mary (Green) Bennett, June 2, i860, at Lowell, Mass. ; she was born at Groton, Mass., Sept. 24, 1838, and died at Lowell, Mass., Feb. 25, 1867; he married (2) Frances Augusta Bennett, daughter of Abijah and Mary (Green) Bennett, Oct. 22, 1868, at Lowell, Mass.; she was born at Groton, Mass., Nov. 15, 1834, and died Jan. 30, 1916, at Lowell, Mass.

Edwin Lamson was a manufacturer of shuttles and bobbins, and resided in Lowell, Mass.

1629 Edwin Fortis, b. Feb. 21, 1867; m. Laura Jane MacDonald, dau. of Henry and Catherine (Newcomb) MacDonald, Oct. 14, 1897, at Lowell, Mass. ; she was b. in Nova Scotia, in 1864. He is a surgeon dentist, and his residence is at Lowell, Mass.
