So, as of 1718 she was of age or older.</p><p><p></p></p><p><p>Her will is dated January 22, 1724 and proved on February 23, 1724. She appointed her brother, John Philpott, as executor in her will and called him "beloved Brother John Philpott". This will also name a son, Edward Philpott, and designated that he was to live with her brother, John, until 21 years of age. If her son's last name was Philpott, did she marry a cousin?
