Eleanor Spencer

Eleanor Woolfolk was born in 1770 in Orange, Virginia, her father, Joseph B Woolfolk of Virginia and her mother, Christiana Bibb,. She was married in Louisa, Virginia, on November 7, 1787 to Edward (Ned) Spencer son of Joseph Spencer his mother was Sarah Nancy Moore. They had eight children son Joseph was born on October 16, 1790, in Virginia territory to become Kentucky ,daughter Cathrine was born in 1793,son Edward was born on December 25, 1795, daughter Frances (Fanny) Elizabeth was born in 1801, daughter Nancy was born in 1802 , still born Infant was born in 1810, daughter Elizabeth was born in 1812,

Eleanor Woolfork (l) Spencer passed away on January 18, 1850, in Gallatin, Kentucky, at the age of 80. They had been married 62 years..  Her husband Edward  died on June 19, 1850, in Napoleon, Kentucky, having lived a long life of 85 years.He is Buried at Edward Spencer Cemetery off Highway 16 Gallatin County ,Kentucky.
