Leonia Mietkiewicz nee Bolkovski was born in Wieruszow, Poland in 13/02/1882 to Abram and Ana nee Kun. She was a housewife and married to Roman. Prior to WWII she lived in Kalisz, Poland. During the war she was in Czestochowa, Poland.

Leonia was murdered in the Shoah (according to this source).

This information is based on a Page of Testimony (displayed here) submitted by her niece, Stefania Irwin Zarecki and on a List of murdered Jews, found in List of symbolic graves that were dug in the Jewish cemetery in the city of Czestochowa after the war, including the names of people who perished.
