Eliza Alice Packer

Eliza Alice (Packer) Foutz (1870 - 1963), daughter of William Hamilton Packer (1814 - 1875) and Sarah Briggs Allen (1835 - 1920), was born 22 July 1870 at Leeds, Washington County, Utah Territory. She died at the age of 93 on 24 August 1963 at Lavina, Golden Valley County, Montana, and was buried on 28 August 1963 at Ogden City Cemetery, Ogden, Weber County, Utah. Eliza married Ezbond Alonzo Foutz (1862 - 1939) on 8 June 1887 at St. George, Washington County, Utah Territory.
