• To John Swords-one heiffer.
• Daughter Leatesinah Hobson-negro woman Kate.
• In dividing my estate, my daughter Leatesinia Hobson shall allow three parts of the value of the said negro woman Kate to my three daughters, Elizabeth Allen, Sarahann Hobson, and Clark Aldair.
• Rest of my estate to be equally divided between my four daughters Elizabeth Allen, Sarahann Hobson, Leatesina Hobson, and Clark Aldair
• Three daughters Sarahann Hobson, Leatesina Hobson, and Clark Adair, executors.
• Grandaughter Judith Hobson-one heiffer of two years old or older.
• Witness: Abner Neale, Mary White
