BIOGRAPHY: Charles White's genealogy give Elizabeth's maiden name as Lohr, not Park. But Newton Vital Records show a marriage to Elizabeth Park. However, there is no record of the birth of Elizabeth Park in Newton in 1717 unless the card index is in error.Possibly she was born Lohr and was the widow of Park when she married in 1738.Newton Vital Records do show the birth of three Elizabeth Parks. The first was born on 24 Feb 1695, the daughter of John and Elizabeth Park. The second was born 27 Dec. 1695, the daughter of John and Elizabeth. The third was born 27 Feb 1701, the daughter of John and Elizabeth.Further research is required to establish parentage.
