Elizabeth was alive on 5 January 1690/91 as she was a witness to a deed between Patrick Miller and William Barbee. Elizabeth was alive on 7th day of 7ber 1691 she appeared in court to relinquish her dower rights to a piece of land given by William Beaumont, her husband, to his godson William Barby Jr.
However on ---11 Nov 1695 Elizabeth was deceased as Mary Beamont appeared in court on that date to relinquish her dower rights to land sold by William Beamont to James Pate. Don't know Mary's last name previous to Beamont.
William Beamont was alive on 6 Dec 1697 as he was a witness to the guardianship papers William Wallis made guardian of John Man son of John Man, dec'd.
William Beamont was deceased by 11 Nov 1700 as Sarah Boamont bond as Exor. of William's Estate....Sarah would have been either his third wife or eldest daughter living and no sons living. Inventory of his estate was dated 15 Nov 1700.
Christopher Sutton was made guardian of Rebecca and Charity Beamont, orphans of William and Christopher was named as being Rebecca and Charity's brother-in-law. Christopher had married Hope Beamont 3 Nov. 1703 recorded in Christ Church, Middlesex County, Virginia Parish Register.
Of course all of this is in question because if Elizabeth and William married 1687 and their daughter Hope married 1703, she would have been 13-14 years old. Without seeing the actual records that Christopher is listed as brother-in-law, it makes more sense that Hope was William's brother not daughter. Also records show Hope born 1680, which is 7 years before William and Elizabeth married
