Based upon the date of marriage to James Blood in 1669, which is in the clear public record, Elizabeth must have been born about 20 to 25 years prior. Three of her siblings, John, Mary, and Hannah all gave depositions while they lived in Lynn related to civil matters that involved the family. It is likely that Elizabeth was too young to have given a deposition, and that, therefore, she must be younger than these sisters and her brother. Because these siblings ages are in the record, Elizabeth would have to be born after 1644. Due to the likely age difference between siblings in that era (two years) should would likely have been born in 1646, possibly as late as 1648 (meaning that another sibling had come along that did not reach adulthood). In any case this is a fairly tight date range.
Regarding the place of her birth, the records are clear that her father, William Sr., arrived in Lynn as a Freeman on March 14, 1638. The records of his involvement in the community, even serving as town clerk, are indisputable in the decades that follow. It is, therefore, extremely unlikely that she was born in England. For the record, the place of her Father's birth is Firsby--not Frisby. Actually, both towns do exist. Firsby is on the east coast of England, just north of the English village Boston, and situated in the county of Lincoln (or Lincolnshire). Interestingly, Firsby is about as far north of the Boston, England (also with a fine harbor), as Lynn is north of Boston, MA.
