ELIZABETH LYLES TYNER 1802 in Elbert County, Georgia, daughter of RICHARD TYNER and ELIZA JANE. She was born May 1778 in Wilkes County, Georgia, and died 28 Aug 1886 in Pickens County, South Carolina.

Elizabeth an heir in the Will of her father, Richard Tyner (Tynor) Sr. Elbert County Will Bk M, Pg 339, dated 9-13-1824, Probated 11-10-1824 attested to by Lauchlin McCurry, James Adams, Nancy Tyner. To daughter Abigail Cridendon, son Richard Tyner Jr, Grandaughter Nancy Tyner. To children Samuel Tyner, Harris Tyner, Mary Ryley, Tamer Hunt, Joshua Tyner, Frances McGuire, Noah Tyner, Elizabeth Boatright, Agnes Crump, Martha Bird and the Children of Charity Bird. Friends William Bailey Isham Teasley and Thomas A Banks were Executors. (His daughter Agnes married Robert Crump) GA DAR, Historical Collection Vol III, pg 39.
