Francis TIMBERLAKE II second marriage to Elizabeth (LAWSON) BISCOE never took place. Per "Married Well and Often: Marriages of the Northern Neck of Virginia 1649-1800" page 354, the marriage was contracted but the bride died before the marriage actually took place.
