  • WILL OF ELIZABETH COCKARILL of St. Stephens Parish
  • Son: Presly Cockarell, and my daughter Hannah Cockarell - all
  • my land lying in "COAN" to be equally divided between them. If my
  • son Presly should die without lawfull heirs of his body, then my
  • land to go to my daughter Hannah Cockarell. If my daughter Hannah
  • Cockarill should die without lawful begotten heir of her body, then
  • I give my land to my son Presly Cockarell. Son-in-law Charles
  • Nelms, son Presly Cockarell and daughter Hannah Cockarell - all my
  • land lying in "Yeccomico," to be divided equally between them.
  • Son Presly Cockarell and daughter Hannah Cockarell - eight sheep to
  • be divided between them.
  • Daughter Hannah Cockarell - two puter (pewter) dishes and two plates
