About Elizabeth Wall Flournoy
This stone was covered in brush. We could barely see it but tried to clean the brush away enough to get a picture. No dates on the stone...Only "Mrs. Flournoy"
I received the following email concerning this stone:
"This might be Elizabeth Wall Camp Flournoy, the wife of Silas Flournoy Jr. They married around 1834. Elizabeth was the daughter of Dorothy Chamberlayne Jones and Dr. John Hamilton Camp of Elkton in Giles County, Tenn. Elizabeth was born April 7, 1817 and died of cholera on a steamboat in March 1853. She was buried at Randolph, West Tennessee."* Reference: Find A Grave Memorial - SmartCopy: Oct 1 2023, 16:28:24 UTC
