About Elizabeth McCormic Green
A Wellsville pioneer, Mrs. Elizabeth Leishman Green, 80, died Thursday evening. Mrs. Green died of causes incident to age at Mt. Sterling, Cache County.
Mrs. Green was born at Wellsville Jan. 8, 1867, to John and Annie McCormick Leishman. Married to Nephi Green April 6, 1884, in Salt Lake City. He died in 1936. Survived by three sons, Roy and Merrill, Wellsville, and John, College Ward; four daughters, Mrs. Nora Cooper, Mt. Sterling; Mrs. Annie McBride, Logan; Mrs. Mary Jensen, Inglewood, Calif.; Mrs. Mabel Olsen, Brigham City, 34 grandchildren, 109 great-grandchildren. Funeral for Mrs. Green Tuesday 1 p.m. Wellsville LDS Tabernacle.
