LARGENT, Elizabeth Jackson, born August 10, 1945, in Richmond, Virginia. Passed away April 6, 2010, in Lancaster, Calif. She grew up in Richmond, Virginia attending Randolf Macon Womens College, graduated with honors, and member of BK. She has lived in the Antelope Valley for 33 years, was a writer, editor and grammarian. She enjoyed china painting, and was a devoted mother and wife, and a champion for Jesus Christ. Survived by her husband, Jorg R. Largent, sons Jorg Jr., (Sharon) of Atlanta, Georgia, James (Martha) of Cardiff, California, daughter Anne Smith (Dr. Keith Smith) of Stockton, California, grandchildren Elle Largent, Sophia Largent and Kate Smith. Viewing will be held from 3:30 to 7 p.m., Friday, April 16, 2010, at Chapel of the Valley Mortuary, 1755 E. Ave R, Palmdale. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Horizon Community Church, 1850 East Ave R, Palmdale. Flowers can be sent to the mortuary. Those choosing to make a donation in lieu of flowers please make donations to Horizon Community Church.
