Elizabeth was 18 and Thomas 20. <p></p> <p>The consent of Francis Blackwell, Father of the Bridegroom, and George «tab»Caldwell, Guardian of the Bride, was given to the marriage of Thomas Blackwell with Elizabeth McGregor. The said Thomas Blackwell and E. McGregor being under the age of twenty one years. <p></p> <p>Francis and George, the husband of Elizabeth's eldest sister Margery, were named as witnesses to the wedding, conducted by the Registrar, J. Burrowes.
