Elizabeth Mize

Platteville, May 2 - Mrs. Elizabeth Nofziger Mize, aged 45 yrs, died at her home on one of the Olinger tracts north of town, Saturday night at 11:30.

She is survived by her husband, John Mize, two daughters, Esther and Dorothy and two sons, Harold and Jackie. Her sister was with her also during the last weeks of her life.

Elizabeth Lizzie Naffziger was a daughter of Jacob W and Anna C Zook Naffziger. Her siblings included Phebe, Daniel, John, Barbara, Otto Vivian, Michael, Telie Edward, Mary Naomi and Dora Naffziger.

Elizabeth married twice. Her first husband was Henry E. Cobb, who she married on 12/10/1910 in Hutchinson, KS. They had children Esther, Dorothy and Harold Cobb. After Henry died, Elizabeth married John W. Mize. They had a son, John Jackie Mize.
