Dec. 8 1725 - 9th day of 10br 1725, Thomas Moore of New Kent, Ordiinary Keeper, deed of trust to William Clopton Jr. of New Kent, merchant, to secue debt of 8 pounds, for which Cloptron has brought two suits against Moore, said debt to be paid within one year; two tracts: (1) 65 acresk in New Kent and Hanover, where Moore lately lived and kept an ordinary, and (2) plantation devised by one James Austin by his will to one Thomas Elmore Senior and his wife during their natural lives, and after their decease to Elizabeth Elmore,,,,,,,,,,,,,, now wife of Thomas Moore and her heirs forever, 100 acres., Signed.
