WILLIAM HARMON {Nathaniel, John), bp. July 1, 1733, m. Jan. 10, 1754, Elizabeth Hoyt, in Scarboro. She was bp. May 9, 1736 in Newington, N. H. and was a dau. of John and Lettice (Hasty) Hoyt, who were m. Nov. 13, 1732 in Newington. He d. in Scarboro, Apr. 19, 1759, and she remarried. John Hoyt moved to Scarboro in 1738.

- Lydia, b. May 2, 1755, m. Apr. 4, 1776, Joseph Waterhouse.
- Elizabeth, b. Aug. 22, 1757, m. 1st Aug. 26, 1778, Daniel Libby, m. 2d. Oct. 4, 1787, Josiah Moses. They settled in Standish, Me. and left descendants there.
