Elizabeth Rattew

I have found conflicting info on Elizabeth. Have seen her father as Simon Kohl and John Rattew. Her mother Mary (Miller) was the second wife of Simon Kohl, They were married in 1945 and Elizabeth was born in 1941. Have not found anything more on John Rattew. Do not know if John and Mary had more children. May be that Simon adopted Elizabeth?
