Elizabeth was baptized 13 Jan 1593/4 at Westmill, Hertfordshire, England. She was the daughter of Thomas and Katherine (Duxford) Richardson.

She married Francis Wyman/t (of Barkway) on 2 May 1617 at St. Mary the Virgin Parish in Westmill, Hertfordshire, England. She was buried on 22 June 1630 in Westmill. [1]

Elizabeth and Francis had six children:

There is a seventh child, according to Francis' will named George Wymant but it is believed to be with his third wife-Jane-

There is a claim that Herbert C. Hoover (31st POTUS) is her descendant.

Her Brothers emigrated to America, along with her sons. Francis and Elizabeth had six children. Two of their sons followed their Richardson uncles to North America, from which stemmed the widespread descendants of the Wyman name.

Francis Wyman, of West Mill, made his will, 15 Sept., 1658, which was proved 14 Feb., following. In it he left bequests to his two sons, Francis and John Wyman, " which are beyond the seas." (See Register, Vol. 43, p. 56.) The sons were in Woburn in 1640. A reference to the parish register of West Mill, which begins with baptisms in 1550, marriages in 1562, and burials in 1565, gives the following items:
