Mrs. Helen McMahon Dies
She Was A Resident of Wyandotte County 54 Years
Mrs. Helen McMahon, 64 years old, died yesterday afternoon at St. Margaret's hospital in Kansas City, Kansas. Mrs. McMahon resided on a farm four miles west of this city for 54 years, having settled there with her parents when she was 14 years old. She has never lived elsewhere. Mrs. McMahon is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Edward Blue, who lived with her mother, Mrs. R. J. O'Brien of St. Joseph, Missouri, and Sister Mary Lewine of Omaha, Nebraska; and one son, Patrick, of the city in 1909. The funeral services will be held at the Chelsea Catholic church at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning. Burial will be in St. John's cemetery. Two of Mrs. McMahon's daughters, Miss Rosa and Mrs. Alonzo Van Royan, were murdered on the farm west.
