Obituary - Elma D. D. Williams

Mrs. Elma Dahlia Dunyon Williams, 80, 2333 E. South, lifelong resident of Salt Lake City, died of causes incident to age Thursday at 4:50 p. m. at her residence.

A daughter of Lewis and Ann Kempton Brown Dunnyon, early Utah pioneers, she was born May 20, 1857 in Salt Lake City. She was practical nurse for many years and aided many doctors during epidemics.

Mrs. Williams had been an active member member of Sugarhouse ward Relief society Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Samuel Williams, to whom she was married in Salt Lake City died in 1924.

Surviving are a son, Lewis S. Williams, San Leandro, Cal., and a daughter, Mrs. Mary Sharples, Salt Lake City; 14 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
