Survived by widow, Catherine, and these children: Elvie, wife of Emmanuel Bowser, 879 Cooper Avenue; Elsie wife of Andrew Zonin, 344 Cooper Avenue; Lucy, wife of Frank Zonin, Johnstown RD 1; Gladys, wife of Edward Reynolds, rear 19 Knox Street; Blair married to former Hazel Varner, Johnstown RD 1; Robert, married to former Betty Bagley, 761 Cooper Avenue; Wilda wife of Bernard Spaugy, 9 Knox Street, and Russell, married to former Mardell Leckey, Coopersdale Home; also 37 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Brother of Ira, 72 Plymouth Avenue; Charles, Sadie Street; Irvin, Baltimore, MD., and Ethel Rice, Thomas Avenue. Retired employee at Davis Brake Beam Co. Member of Bowersdale EUB Church. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday amd from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday atWilliam T. Hindman Funeral Home, 146 Chandler Avenue. Body will lie in state from 1 p.m. Monday until funeral services at 2 p.m.at Bowersdale EUB Church, the Rev. Mearle Leventry. Interment, Benshoff Hill Cemetery.
