Elsie Rowe was born December 11, 1933 in Salyersville, KY to John P. and Rebecca (Poe) Salyers.
On December 18, 1952, she married Kelly Rowe and he preceded her in death in 2004.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Danny (Martha) Rowe, David (Cathy) Rowe, DeWayne (Marlene) Rowe and Arlene (terry) McClintock; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren and 2 brothers.
She was preceded in death by Parents; husband Kelly; five sisters and one brother.
Graveside Service will be Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 1 PM at Albion Memory Gardens with Pastor Earl Martin officiating.
