Emma always thought she was born in August and when she needed her birth certificate for her drivers license (she was in her 40's) she found out that she was born 4 months earlier. She married Fred in Pennsylvania because in New Jersey you had to be 21. She had 5 children. The first child, Frederick Jr. , was born in Chalfonte-Haddon Hall (now Resorts International Casino).

Vince and Linda were born in San Diego, Craig in Long Beach and Bob was born at Great Lakes Naval Base.

Emma's Baptism Certificate was signed by her Uncle John and Aunt Caroline Watts (Male) and her Gmother Emma C Male (Freed). Uncle John and Aunt Caroline Watts (Male) daughter and son in law (Warren and Carolyn McQuiggan) signed Craig Pelley's Baptism Certificate along with Charles Garton (Elsie's husband).

Emma divorced Fred in 1970 and married Ed Sandberg in 1974.

Emma died peacefully 26 Dec 2018, in Libertyville, Illinois.

Emma loved and devoted her entire life to God, church and family.
