An invention, found in no contemporary sources, but given as the son of Áed Find, King of Dalriada — part of a genealogy invented to give the kings of Scotland an ancient lineage.
Eochaid mac Áeda Find is a spurious King of Dál Riata found in some rare High Medieval king-lists and in older history books.
Achaius IV, King of Dalraida Called "the Poisonous". He married Fergusia of the Picts, daughter of Hungus (Fergus), King of the Picts & Dalriada and (Miss) FitzFeredach. Achaius IV, King of Dalraida died in 827.

Eochaid's wife is said to have been the sister and heiress of Constantine, King of the Picts
Echoaid's father, his idol, was killed in the war against the Picts so he spent his life in retaliation (hence his nickname of "The Venomous". In the war he waged against the Picts, he captured Unuistic, Princess of the Picts, forced her to become his wife. Alpin, his son through this marriage tried to use his genealogy to claim the Pictish throne, and was killed in so doing. Alpin's son, Kenneth was the one who finally united both nations.
