VERNAL - Mrs. Eva Viola Manwaring Haws, 60, died Saturday at 9:45 p.m. of a heart condition at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Lawrence (Venna) Bascom. 6942 13th East, Union.
Born March 16, 1898, Vernal, to David and Marion Atwcod Manwaring. Member Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Married to Owen A. Haws Feb. 18, 1922, Vernal, later solemnized in Manti LDS Temple.
Survivors: husband: sons and daughters, Marvin, Vernal: Irvin, Great Falls, Mont.: Hollis, Clearfield, and Mrs. Bascom; five brothers, five sisters and seven grandchildren.
Funeral Tuesday, 11 a.m., Naples Ward Chapel. Friends call Vernal Mortuary Monday evening. Tuesday at family home, 9-10:30 a.m. Burial, Naples Cemetery.
