About Everett Arnold

He joined the Navy at age 17 and served his country for 4 years. Was honorably discharged and worked for McDonald Douglas Aircraft till his declining health forced him to quit. He was the best brother and son in the whole wide world, bar none!!!!! He was also a great uncle to Debbie and Bud. How he loved them!!

He was the BEST man in our wedding. He loved the Lord and our mom with all his heart. Anything I wanted or needed, he made sure i had it. He was so wonderful, that the Lord wanted him with HIM and took my loving brother home at age 27.

He was a great mechanic, could tear down a car and put it back together in no time at all. He developed Hodgkin Disease and fought hard to the end. He will always be loved and remembered for his kindness to everyone around him. I still can see his smiling face and miss him always.

My brother, Everett, (Eddie) went to be with his Lord and Savior the day before Memorial Day, 1961. Just before he passed on, he told my mom he could hear the heavenly music and see the angels coming for him. How wonderful!! Praise God for His Son!! He was only 27 years old and is still misssed today, some 47 years later. He died a few weeks before the birth of my third child, Marcia which was special, in that just a couple of days before he left us, he predicted that I would deliver a beautiful little girl!!
