Everett Eugene Marsh

Everett E. Marsh, 72, of Uvalde, Texas died on May 13, 2019, at his residence.

A service will be held on Saturday at 1 pm at the Uvalde Church of Christ.

He was born on October 19, 1946, in Charlotte, Atascosa County, Texas to Victor Wilbur Marsh and Beulah Elizabeth Rutledge.

He married Patricia Faye Marshall on March 31, 1967 in Pleasanton, Atascosa County, Texas.

He served in the U.S. Army Airborne. He worked as a lineman and supervisor, and retired from American Electric Power after 36 years.

Marsh loved spending time hunting and fishing with his son and grandson. Choke Canyon was a favored fishing destination. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed being outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his daughter, Deborah Faye Marsh.

Marsh is survived by his wife, of Uvalde; his son, Gary Gene Marsh of San Antonio, Texas; and his brother, Melvin Marsh of Pleasanton, Texas.
