F.R. Curby moved to Graham, Texas with his family in 1917. He died while visiting a daughter.

Services for F.R. Curby, 82, were held at the 2nd and Grove Church of Christ with Olif Ribble, minister, officiating.

Survived by three sons; three daughters.

The census also shows Thomas' and Go*Any (Unreadable)'s mom as being born in Missouri not Kansas. Based on this I don't think Corrie is there mother.

Go Any should probably read "Gormany" a reference to John Gorman Curby

FR is not listed in the 1870 census. However, Ransom is and I believe Ransom and Francis Reasoner Curby are the same person. Based on lack of evidence for Ransom and mom's obit which says she had 9 daughters and only 3 sons I merged the record. This was after talking to Danelle Shaw, another ancestor of Eli Kirby.
