About Felipe Abrigo
Felipe Abrigo was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He served as Governor of Samar from 1932 to 1934, and again from 1937 to 1940. He was a delegate to the Constitutional Convention representing the third district of Samar in 1934. He represented the same area at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from December 30, 1957 to December 30, 1965, and then Eastern Samar at the same house from December 30, 1957 to September 23, 1972.
