6 May 1270: Charter by which Engusium son of Duncani son of Ferkardi confirms possession of the Church of Kylinnan to the monks of Paisley, as it was conveyed to them by his father, Duncanus son of Ferkardi, and Duncanus's nephew, Laumannus son of Malcolmi. 1469: Transcript of a Papal Bull of 1265 which confirms the possessions of the Abbey of Paisley, including the land, with its pertinents, given to them by the deceased Duncanus son of Ferkchardi, and his cousin Laumam: "Et terrara cum pertinentiis fuis quam quondam Duncanus filius Ferkchardi et Laumam confanguineus ipfuis Duncani monafterio veftro contulerunt ibidem.
