Morra is one of the villages where a clear distinction was made between the houses of the "lords" and others. So Ansck Heemstra did in 1491 in the rectory of Morra a large donation, which they take into account that "three other wealthy homes" (dae correlative trya Ryka husen) also would pay such a sum to the church. Both by the equally large amounts Hemstra Staete, Bottema Staete, Old (h) Ustra Staete and Nyttema Staete annually paid to the parsonage, and by the size of their land in 1511, the location of the land around the village mound and the moat of the houses is clear that the four "wealthy houses" were the "lords" of Morra. (* 1)

She did enclosing the aforementioned donations to the rectory and made her sons Feye, Reenck and Syds to heirs. Sijds son did not join the Groningen and had to pay for this with their lives. His brother Renick is also referred to Morra.

Sippe supported the Burgundians and had to go into exile, for which he received a distribution from the Rentmeesterskas (1518). His widow married Frans van Scheltema.
