Flora Skinner

Second wife of Perry S. Skinner, married some time after Emily Jane Posey died in Braxton County in 1892.

He is listed in the 1900 Braxton County WV census with wife Flora, born in April 1867. They had been married 5 years and Flora was the mother off 2 children, both living.

Known child of Perry Scott and Flora Skinner.
