Florence Ann Domant

Florence Bagonis, 89, formerly of Luzerne Towers, passed away Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013, at Kingston Health Care, Kingston.

Born in Kingston, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Josephine Domant. She was raised in Swoyersville and attended Swoyersville schools. She resided in Luzerne most of her life.

She was a member of Holy Family Parish and its Altar and Rosary Society in Luzerne.

She worked at Consolidated Tobacco in Wilkes-Barre and American Tobacco in Mountain Top.

Florence was a wonderful cook and baker. She loved bingo and playing the lottery.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Peter P. Bagonis; her daughter, Carol Harris; brothers, Charles and Joseph Domant; and sisters, Helen Graham and Julia Kraintz.

She is survived by her son, Daniel Bagonis and wife, Linda, Kingston; and two grandchildren, Amber, California; and Danielle, Maryland.
