Mrs. Roy Jacobs of 1143 Park Street, died at Community Memorial Hospital Tuesday night. She had been taken there by the Blair Rescue Squad Tuersday noon. Mrs. Jacobs, 72, is survived by her husband, five daughters and 3 sons. There are 19 grandchildren. Funeral services, under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary, were pending as The Enterprise went to press Wednesday. A complete obituary will appear in the Pilot-Tribune Monday.

MRS. ROY JACOBS FUNERAL SATURDAY
Funeral services were held for Mrs. Roy Jacobs Saturday afternoon, October 14th. Mrs. Jacobs had died at Memorial Community Hospital Tuesday after being hospitalized but a few hours. She had been taken to the hospital from her home at 1415 Park Street by the Blair Rescue Squad at noon Tuesday.
Florence Marie Jacobs was born at Blair January 11, 1895 and had lived here virtually all of her life. She was 72 years old. She grew up in Blair and was married to Roy Jacobs, former Blair business man, and spent her liftime as a housewife.
She is survived by her husband and by eight children, three sons and five daughters.
The sons are Russell Jacobs of Blair, Kenneth Jacobs of Indiana and Virgil Jacobs, also of Blair.
The daughters are Mrs. George King (Frances) of Blair; Mrs. Harold Davis (Evelyn) of Blair; Mrs. Carl Helms (Norma) of Washington; Mrs. Harvey Barger (Lila) of Tekamah and Mrs. Kayo Moore (Shirley) of Columbus.
A brother, John Gilbert and a sister, Mrs. Al Mundorf (Elsie) also survive.
Funeral services were held Saturday at the First Christian Church with the Rev. Richard Davison conducting the service. Burial was made in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary.
Pallbearers were Bob Sheets, George Lantry, Walter Lorsch, Robert Fuhrer, Alfred Andersen and Frank Morrison.
