Forrest Ludwick Mills

Forrest L. Mills, age 68, of Calumet City, formerly of Chicago, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 1976, St. Margaret Hospital. Survivors: one daughter, Carol (Raymond) Jarmusz of Dolton; one son, Jioseph (Mary Ann) Mills of Monee, Illinois; four grandchildren; five sisters, Idella (John) Kerumpack, Arvella (John) Ack, Virginia (Robert) Woy, Pauline (William) Calhoun, and Mildred (Frank) Strothers; two brothers, Ivan (Catherine) Mills, and Horance (Alice) Mills; one sister-in-law, Sylvia (John) Matthews. Mrs. Mills was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta c. Mills nee Adamzczyk, 1974.

Funeral services, Saturday, September 11, 10 am.m, at the Georgian Funeral Home, 2805 East 87th Street, Chicago. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City. Visitation at the chapel Friday 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Mr. Mills was a retired employee of U.S. Steel; a member of AFL-CIO, Local 65.
