Mrs. Frances T. Dreher, 82, of 2215 Wallace Street died at the Baptist Hospital Friday after s short illness. She was born in Richland County, a daughter of the late P. C. Thornton and Leila McCreaight Thornton. She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran CHurch, a member of the Lutheran Church Women and the Women's Bible Class. She was the widow of Yancey B. Dreher Sr. Surviving are three daughters, Miss Frances Dreher and Mrs. W. Douglas (Margaret) Carroll of Columbia and Mrs. Charles H. (Betty Joe) Tucker of Rancho Cordova, Calif.; a son, Yancey B. Dreher Jr. of Columbia; two sisters, Mrs. George Kelley and Mrs. Robert Park Sr. of Columbia; a brother, Wilbur A. Thornton of Columbia and 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
