Mrs. Franklin Edson's Will.
The will of ex-Mayor Franklin Edson's wife was filed with Probate Clerk Washburne yesterday. Mrs. Edson executed her will the same day she died, June 18. She created a trust. Her husband is to get the entire income of the estate for life. He and Cr. Cyrus Edson, her son, are made trustees. The estate is to be divided at her husband's death. Her daughters Edith and Ethel, are to receive three-eighths each, her son, Stewart Edson, one-eighth, and the remaining eighth is to be distributed among her children, Cyrus Edson, David Orr Edson, and Henry Townsend Edson.
Mrs. Edson lived at Fordham Heights with her husband.
