Frances was born in Kentucky and the Parker family moved to Illinois around 1835 & settled near Medora, IL. Her siblings were: Elizabeth, Mary, Sarah, Palmyra, B. E., Luvenia. After the father passed away in 1843, Miriam married Henry Jolly and another daughter, Emma, was born.
