About Frances Spedding
Allegedly Frances and her husband (who later became a vicar in Cumbria) separated. Interestingly a book on the Spedding family says that she died in 1870, in fact she did not die until 1896 (In Macclesfield), her husband having pursued a career as Vicar in Hutton Roof.
